Charanza Contracting Inc. is committed to working with our clients in their home construction plans to minimize impact on our Earth’s environment. “Green” has become a buzzword in marketing practices in recent years, and there are indeed multiple ways to include green building choices in custom home building and remodeling. Some of these practices can increase costs, but you might be surprised to learn that many of Charanza’s standard practices qualify as “green” and play an important role in protecting our natural world.
Energy efficiency, water and resource conservation, sustainable or recycled products, and indoor air quality are increasingly incorporated into the everyday process of home building.
Charanza Contracting Inc. supports the recycling and re-use of materials removed in our remodeling projects when feasible and is proud to participate with Habitat for Humanity’s Re-Store program.
We are committed to continuing education for builders and remodelers, and our company is currently pursing professional designation certification as a NAHB Certified Green Professional.
